6-Minute Walk Test The 6-Minute Walk test is a measure of endurance. * Do not begin testing if : resting SBP is > 180mm resting DBP is > 100 resting HR is > 130, < 40 bpm resting Resp rate > 35 / min (too breathless to converse)
2-Minute Step Test The 2-Minute Step test indicates the level of aerobic endurance of the participant. It is associated with the ability to perform lifestyle tasks such as walking and stair climbing. See normative values on page:
