Use low-intensity exercises (isometric)
Pressure does not need to be excessive – think about pushing into supporting surface at about 25-50% of your maximum force
Hold the contraction for a count of three
Ultimately, the exercise prescription should be geared towards endurance, so the recommendation is to choose 4-5 individual exercises and have the client perform 2-3 repetitions of each, daily (1-3 times per day).
